Unique catalogue of animation memorabilia up for auction to help recovery of much-loved storyboard artist
Animation junkies will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bid on an amazing catalogue of more than 150 items of unique art, props and other movie memorabilia in a one-off celebrity auction to benefit artist and storyboard artist Jamie Baker, who suffered a massive stroke on the left-side of his brain, which left the right side of his body paralyzed.
The auction, to be held online, opens Friday November 8th at 12 noon Pacific US time, and concludes Sunday, November 17th. It is spearheaded by Kung Fu Panda Director John Stevenson, and features the work from a cast of animation and literary royalty, including Bud Luckey, Weta’s Greg Broadmore, Neil Gaiman, Henry Selick, Brian Froud, Peter Chung, Carter Goodrich and many others.
